Validity Sensors, a Fingerprint Solutions Company, Attracts Phoenix Technologies Ltd. CEO to Its Board

Adding to Validity's expanding reputation for excellence, Phoenix Technologies CEO Albert E. Sisto joins the company's Board of Directors

PHOENIX-June 13, 2005-Validity Sensors, Inc., a recognized innovator of the next generation of fingerprint sensing technology for PC's, has added a leading system software industry executive to its Board of Directors.

Albert E. Sisto, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Technologies(R) Ltd. (Nasdaq:PTEC), has been appointed to the Validity Board of Directors. Mr. Sisto joined Phoenix Technologies as CEO and was appointed to the Phoenix Board of Directors in 1999. Phoenix develops world-class core system software, platforms, tools and applications that take full advantage of their history of expertise – BIOS - at the core of digital devices. Prior to his tenure at Phoenix, Mr. Sisto was Chief Operating Officer of RSA Security Inc. from 1997-1999.
