San Jose, California, June 5, 2007 - Validity Sensors, Inc., a privately held biometric company specializing in high quality durable fingerprint sensors, today announced that it will be demonstrating several total fingerprint sensor solutions for Windows Vista at Computex Taipei.
Validity's ground-breaking Dual Line Imager sensor, the VFS201, will be demonstrated on several platforms using a variety of Windows Vista biometric software offerings from Validity's world-class partners. One of the most exciting new biometric-enabled Vista features on display will be the Parental Control feature, where parents can restrict their children's PC access by using fingerprints. Pre-Boot-Authentication solutions, which allow users to secure their PCs at the BIOS level, will also be on display.
Validity's Solution Provider Network includes the world's most prominent biometrics software application providers such as Softex, Bioscrypt, and ABIG, among others. These Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners provide a variety of software solutions across numerous market segments including password replacement for PCs and applications, centralized management for corporate network security, secure mobile transactions, protection of portable data, identity verification for government and military applications, physical access control, and more.

Validity Software Development Kits
Validity's Windows SDK is available today and provides the tools needed to build software applications around Validity's Sensor Products. As of June, 2007, Validity software development kits (SDKs) support both Windows Vista and XP operating systems. WHQL certified drivers for Validity's sensors are included in the SDK packages.
